|
I started a similar thread in SST and thought it would be fun to do an 80s version here.
Post pictures from 80s movies so others can guess what it's from. Be sure to use an image hosting service for your photo so people can't right-click on the image to get the title of the movie from the file name I use tinypic.com.
Let's start with an easy one.

Excellent job mariel! Worth seeing on DVD. (and don't miss the Jürgen Prochnow appearance in Beerfest and Das Boot reference.... very funny!) _________________ "The question isn't 'What are we going to do today?'-- It's 'What *aren't* we going to do today?'" |

Thanks Ferris
That was one of my all-time favorite movies from the 80's!
Here is another one - it was a cult hit from the early 80's - I hope it isn't too hard...
and maybe this picture helps too:
He was ahead of his time, listening to his music in the pre-MP3 days.
Hint: The soundtrack for the movie can be found on SST |

Well - maybe that last one was too hard. I know there are members here that know it (it really is a good movie) but they aren't online so often.
Here is a hint: The scene in the top picture takes place in the Luxembourg Garden in Paris.
I don't want to be a "forum-killer", so how about another movie while we are waiting for an answer to the last one?
This one should be a lot easier (maybe too easy?):

Mariel's first movie is maybe indeed a tough one, original a French movie which were showed at some movie festivals:
Moscow Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival,Berlin International Film Festival and Pusan International Film Festival
Released in France and Canada 1981 in the USA 1982
The second movie does not need any hints I think _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne - The Shawshank Redemption)
