When I click on a user that is in the Online Now (right under chatbox, user info) list, I come to the account information of that user like:
http://1980s.fm/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=userinfo&username=SiriusCreations

Is it not better to jump to the Viewing Profile like you do in the member list? like:
http://1980s.fm/modules.php?name=Forums&file=profile&mode=viewprofile&u=SiriusCreations

You can see in the account info the VIP status which you can not see in the profile. Maybe when people want to see the VIP/Non-VIP status, it should be added to the viewing profile section.

I would like to keep it, adding VIP/Non-VIP status in Viewing Profile, as well adding a link to Viewing Profile in Personal Information.
