| Would you like the possibility of a mainpage without continiously scrolling objects at starting-up ? |
| Yes, i get irritated by them, prefer staticblocks with scrollbars. |

As far as I´m informed Pesa made it flash-free. It´s HTML. But why not. It would be like an add-free option. I support if it´s not too much work. Default set: scrolling on to give the news on infos a chance to reach the reader.
Picked option 3 with button "on"
