The Sirius Contest - The job will be to design a 1980.FM Wallpaper
The size must be at least 1024x768 for fullscreen and 1280x720 for widescreen.
Multiple sizes is highly encouraged and may factor in the voting.
Submit your 1980s.FM wallpaper to siriuscreations(AT)1980s(DOT)fm
Also state your 1980s.fm username in the mail you send me
A panel of admins and mods will decide which wallpaper designs will be the winners.
The panel who will judge the Wallpaper can not see who sent in the Wallpaper.
This means that SiriusCreations will not be in this panel.
You may submit more wallpapers but you only can win 1 prize.
1st place = 1 Year VIP + CD
2nd place = CD
If we use your wallpaper submission in our download section you will receive 2 months of VIP
The CD prize is an 80s album of your choice.
One restriction is that the album is not out of print (can be purchased new at Amazon or one its marketplace sellers for under $25)
The Sirius Contest will start now and ends on February 15th 2010

The answers is that in this contest we want 'static' wallpapers so no moving objects.
An 3D look of the logo is allowed as long it is as a static object

Contest is closed.
A panel of admins and mods (I am excluded) will judge the wallpapers without knowing fromeho it is from.
I will let you know when the panel have decided which wallpaper will be the winner and which one will ends at 2nd place

AND HERE THE CONCLUSION
In the end I received only two submissions. The first one who sent me the wallpaper was mariel and just before closing date I received another one from FerrisBueller

I have posted them earlier for the admins and mods to choose from the two wallpapers. As already posted before, I did not participate in the voting and the judging panel did not know who participated.
Of course I have an opinion too and I will say that I agreed with the unanimous vote.
Soon all the wallpapers (different sizes) will be available to the download section.
So the first prize, a year VIP, an album of choice and a Sirius Contest medal added to the profile goes to...

Congratulations as well. At the moment it is not implemented yet to add two Sirius Contest medals in the profile. Maybe later Pesa can make it so that your second medal will show in your profile.

Also mention if the VIP must be extended directly after your current VIP memberships expires.
Also post your full address to where the album must be sent to.
Thanks for participating and check the forums from time to time (here and on one of the other stations) to see if there is another Sirius Contest.
