This I found in the SST forum:

Now it is possible to choose some columns to order the favorites tables:
Tracks: #, Tracks (artist) and Length.
Albums: # and Albums (artist)
To change the sort column as well between Asccendent and Descendent order, is enough to click in the column header.
Also, the load time may be lesser, after a tuning done into the database query command.

Yes, this change appears to have jumbled everyone's favorites, so clicking on # will re-order them by number (which is how they were ordered originally). _________________ "The question isn't 'What are we going to do today?'-- It's 'What *aren't* we going to do today?'" |

Those that entered in Favorites before this post have been created may have found an odd behavior: the Rank column (#) was looking out of order. This was due to a mistake of mine: I had put Artist as the default order by. Now it is changed and the Rank is the default - this is valid for those that did not enter in Favorites yet.
Also, may happen to have lack of numbers in the Rank column , even when the list is ordered by it. This is due to playlist maintenance resulting in the albums/tracks remove. It is not intended to discuss here the impact of such removals on Favorites lists. However, in the case of "holes" in the Rank sequence, enough to select the first (lower) rank album/track and command it as the number 1 (even if it is that already). The list will be renumbered in a plain sequence.
The above corrective procedure is not done automatically due to server resources save matters. To test for every single user both Albums and Tracks list Rank sequence would spend worthful resources. _________________ Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

Thanks Pesadelo for making them sortable.
Because of the default sort, at first I thought they had always been sortable, and that I had never noticed it before, and that I must have accidentally clicked on a column header that re-ordered my list. |
